Does CellC tech support actually exist?

I've spent the better half of my morning trying to get through to technical support. I explained my ongoing issue that is going nowhere to a call-centre agent who tried putting me through to tech support. The call was then cut. I dialled 084 140 as per a Google searach but the number does not exist. I then phoned the call centre again and got advised to call ***if the call cuts again - she put me through to a completely different dept where the agent couldn't transfer calls. I then called the number given for tech support but that took me BACK TO CUSTOMER CARE! The agent then tried to transfer me again but THEN THE CALL CUT...AGAIN! Does tech support not exist? Should I just carry on paying for a service that will never actually work? I'm so sick on CellC. I've already taken out a new contract with MTN because lately you guys have been the biggest let down. To boot most of the agents I spoke to me making it seem as if it's my fault that my queries aren't being resolved. I've been trying to sort out 2 queries for MONTHS and getting nowhere.
