Does CellC have a back office??

Thank you for taking the time. To respond but I have heard this for over a year.

CellC comes back to me now contesting the voice message. Saying according to the message they were going to enforce the 1 month notice period even though the entire month of May 2021 I could not receive any service so why should I pay a further month of June to still have no service. To which the lady. From CellC agrees and would escalate the matter.
That was the last I heard.
Month after month I would log over 35 calls and similar emails.. and canceling the contract .
Yet now I'm told because I refused to pay the invoice and returned the direct debits some which CellC put on Naido Trackers which is ******* as both parties need to agree to this tracking device which automatically deducts funds from your account as they appear. I think the largest amount was over 16k and caused all my other direct debits to fail.

I told this consultant to put what he just said in writing that I am liable for 16 plus thousand and to explain who CellC comes to this conclusion as not 1 of my emails were responded to directly.. only the usual automated 48 hour automated response.

Yet in July I receive and still have an uptodate invoice for July of Zero balance owing.
I think the only way to resolve this is going through the courts.
I am sure I am not the only customer falling faul of CellC and there from what I can see totally non compliant day to day operating.

Or even better telecoms and CellC must have an Ombudsman!!
