Does Cell C still exist???
I am due for upgrades on my contracts. So I wasted a whole day trying to get hold of someone. Managed to get someone online which promised a call back. This happend 2 times with a 2 hour interval. No luck. No call back. The 084145 Cell C Direct also does not answer any calls. At this stage I am seiously considering taking my upgrades elsewhere. Worst service in a long time.

Cell was delivered on 5/10/2020. Before the upgrade I called Cell C to change the delivery address due to me being moved to another factory on short notice. This was done 2 times.
Yesterday afternoon my previous manager called me informing me that he received my cell. His name is also Johannes and this was apparently good enough for the courier to hand over the device. Did not ask for ID or proof of address. Nothing.
I expect Cell C to take this up with the courier company very seriously.
