Does Cell C know what customer service is?

On 10-20-2015 at 11:25 AM I was called by Palesa Dladla from ***. She told me how I had been selected for a promotion because I am with MTN. She told me the promotion was for 2 Microsoft Lumia handsets. After her whole sales pitch she asked if I had questions. I asked what if I wanted a different phone? She told me that she had already placed the order for this promotion. I asked her how that was possible as she had not asked me if I wanted the offer or not? She said as I had given her my details she took it as consent,\ and the "BORING\"" part is that I have already processed it. I told her I didn't want the offer and she said she would cancel the order. Today I was called by a courier telling me they had a parcel from Cell C. I called Cell C and spoke to Phindiwe and asked her how it is possible that I was being called by a courier? Phindiwe decided to mute the line and then eventually she decided to put me through to the satisfaction survey. What kind of service is this? Does Palesa not understand no? Or is this a gift from Cell C? Does Phindiwe not care about customers? Or is this what she was trained to do? I'm thoroughly disgusted and I will tell everyone I know."""
