DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON?!
<p>So I've been looking into getting a new phone, after weeks of research, I finally decide that I want the new Nokia 6. I've been with Cell C for years, naturally I headed for their store in my local area (Queensburgh) and was told its "Coming Soon". When quering when it would arrive, I was told that they have no idea (How lovely>). So off I went to about 5 other stores in hopes that they might at least know when it would be here, but no one could say. Thereafter I decided to call head office and not even they could tell me when the phone would be in stores. NO ONE knows what the heck is going on, when, where, why or how. They've got it in the franchise booklet however when going in to get the contract, they don't even know when I would be able to get the phone. This is utterly rediculous. Cell C are going downhill and fast, with the crazy data prices, terrible signal everywhere and now their own head office don't even know whats happening. Great job!</p>

Yes, Mpho called on the 6th of June and stated that the Nokia 6 would be in store in my area on the 19th June 2016. Gave them a call and was told they still don't know when it will be there but maybe on the 26th June if I am lucky. So, really now, who knows what is happening? I am thouroughly dissappointed yet I have been a loyal customer for so many years. Please, can someone find out? Mpho also promised to follow up with this today however I haven't heard from him so far.

So after being told the phone will be available at several dates and bad attitudes from staff at bother the Malvern and Pavilion branches we are now in July. The phone should be available shortly from what I can see as it no more shows as "coming soon" in any advertising, but now it has gone from R329pm on a pinnacle 150 to R399 on a pinnacle 250... So I have been given the run around on a release date and now the deal has changed. I really feel cheated by CellC as I was expecting R329pm as originally advertised, if it was available at any of the several dates I was given I would be paying R329pm but now it's R399. Seriously considering paying my 24th payment on my current contract at the end of this month and moving to another network. Poor service all round
