I bought a promotional 10 GB on Cell C's Gig- a-mania, only to find out that you only have 1 (specific) hour in the day to use it in, it's valid for 2 days and it's only accessible after you've burned through your existing data. The advertising is misleading and none of this infomation is given through the app (where you purchase it). I was hoping to resolve the matter through the call centre, but it's so frustrating and I can't seem to get anywhere. After spending over an hour trying to make sense of this ***** deal, it was clear that no one at the call centre knows anything about this promotion. This has been a complete waste of time and money - I want a refund.
