***** account debit orders

I am completely appalled by Cell C's service, I took out a contract with them January 2013, a two year data contract which was set to end January 2015, my ipad was since ****** in Dec 2014 and I reported it to them to block it and one would think if the number is blocked/blacklisted the contract would cease or a sim swop would be advised(which I didn't want anyway as the contract was coming to an end) etc. etc. needless to say the consultant did not say anything about the \continuation"of a blacklisted number contract. for the past few months I have been getting erratic debit order amounts"
