Do you value me as a client or as a sucker

I've for the last four years used two (2) Cell C 20GB contracts for which I pay about R 300.00 per month per contract. The total data never provides enough daytime data as the total is only 10GB. Cell C is very aware of this as I then purchase data from about the 14th of every month and pay probably about an extra R 1000 per month for data. I note Cell C has been running a 60GB and 100GB monthly option. The 60GB provides you with double the daytime data at less than I'm currently paying for my two packages. One would think that if Cell C valued me as a client they would have offered to combine my two bundles into the 60GB offering. Sad that my value to them is so menial.

Let me provide you with what I presume they will say. 'You entered into a two year contract in spes terms and as such cannot take up our exciting new offering untill the end of the agreed contractual period is reached". I know the argument.

Just the call and the explanation is exactly what I said it would be. You should really just tell your customers that the moment they sign a contract the need to understand or deal with customers dissapears for two years. Oh well one more year for me to go and then its off, even if only to spite yourselves out of a R 100k.
