DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AT CELL C
Its seems no one at cell c knows whats been going on, after Lodging numerous complaints to Khanyi and Percy regarding my upgrade and promises of me being able to upgrade and proof that was sent that I can upgrade today and that it will be approved (3rd August 2022)
I get a call from Percy regarding a complaint I lodged almost three years AGO at ICASA ? And i get informed that my upgrade will only be approved at month end, after I was assured that i can upgrade today. do you guys even know what is going on at Cell C?
Looking at all the bad reviews Cell gets on this platform I guess not. And its sad to see how the loyal customers gets treated!!!!!!! It's disgusting how you treat your clients!!!!!!!

10 Aug 2022, 08:23 I would like for Cell c to please cancel my contract. It’s clear I will not be getting an upgrade or a call! 24 hours has passed. I WILL not recommend your services nor will I EVER join Cell c Again!
