08 Nov 2022, 20:30This is disgusting! No body called me! This matter was initially escalated on 30 Septembto Xabiso,a manager,who FAILED TO ASSIST WITHIN THE GIVEN 48HR SLA!!!
I then complained here on 6Th October! And to date,no one has called/sorted this out! I constantly have to email and call Xabiso for feedback,he only responds/responded after a few emails were sent,SAYING THAT THE MATTER IS ESCALATED…NOT SORTED!! So don’t tell me about no damn email or call that has done nothing for me and this request! My credit score is a mess because of your ****** *********** staff!!!!!!!!

10 Nov 2022, 14:30I am still waiting and I’m moving address and spoke to Makhotso on 20 October to advise that I’m moving but Xabiso advised Makhotso NOT TO SEND ME THE MOVE ORDER because my account shows as in arrears! AND I DON’T OWE ANYTHING!!!
