DO NOT USE CELL C

The total lack of service and assistance is ridiculous. I have been on the phone numerous times and put through from one department to the next. Every call I need to explain the situation again and again. No one taking charge and resolve the situation just passing it onto the next person.

One email you can use and then numerous consultants asking the same questions and putting you through to the next department and then explaining again.

Get one person to resolve this obviously not part of the service you offer. The worst service I have ever received in my life and it is not service.
