Do not use C Surance....
My phone has been in the repair process with Csurance since November last year.
Emails, phone calls, hours and hours spent in call centre queues without a result. Even an irate visit to a manager at my local store has failed. Shocking, I will move my personal services away from Cell C asap after this.
