Do not upgrade your data sim package with Cell C

I renewed my contract a data sim package they called me to renew I was paying R474 they charged me R895 without informing me that for that specific month where the data sim was to be upgraded that I won't receive the full discount this is the first time I ever heard of this procedure yet in my recording I confirmed the discounted installment to kick in as soon as the old one was done not once did the consultant advise I would pay double my installment for 1 month and the worst is they cannot resolve they don't know how please do not renew your data sim I lost a previous number I had with them for years because of the false information given just like this I won't pay R895 such an inconvenience to have a contract paid with no benefits I rate Cell C as the worst cell provider please use another service provider it's too late for me right now. I'm going to request the recordings I'm entitled to it it is my personal details. They have dropped standards year on year I'm.truly disappointed I used to praise this company and advise people of their good service and rates but after the countless issues I won't allow anyone to be subjected to this pathetic sales ethic.
