Do NOT trust Cell C on their promises

In November 2016 I switched 2 company contracts from Vodacom to Cell C on their promtional offerings promising R5000 per contract. We were informed that we will receive the money in December 2016.

Nothing happend. Since January 2017 I have been calling them on a weekly basis regarding the R10,000 we should have received in December 2016. I have been sent back to the store, I have been sent to the corporate division, I have been sent to their corporate accounts.

Every time I have been promised to receive emails and that it will be paid. Up until now we have not heard ANYTHING back from them, not on email or telephone.

I don't know what else to do.

Hi Willie

If your switch was processed and finalized during the promotion and you were only waiting for the money then you should get your money. We will ensure that you are assisted accordingly.

And still not contact from Cell C, see they started again with a new campaign where they will pay up to R5000 on your account. Make sure they pay it, else you will end up like me begging for your money
