Do not trust cell c

I was a vodacom client but had my nr ported to cell c because they gave me the best contract deal. After the contract ended I converted to a prepaid service. I was going abroad in January 2016 for a month and called cell c many days before to find out about roaming the agent assured me that it was automatically included on the sim and will de activated as soon as I reach my destination. I called again while at the airport and another agent told me that roaming does not work on prepaid , with almost 2 hour left to board my flight I had no options. I was terribly inconvenienced, I could not contact my bank nor do any telephone banking. Cell c has really caused me a huge loss! The agent should have just been honest with me and I would have had an alternate plan made. I won't put up a billboard about this experience but I will surely spread the word. I can't wait to move my nrs and my families away from cell c.
