DO NOT TAKE OUT A CELL C CONTRACT EVER!!!!!!

We have taken out a 24 months data contract on 31/03/2021 @R491-54 and started paying at 01/04/2021 (immediately!). Then in October 2022 I requested when will my contract will expire which they rep**** to me on 31/03/2023. I have given 30 days notice and they said to me I have to pay another month as they deduct at the end of month, but I started paying on 1 April to have service? My connection was cut wef 1 April, but they have deducted R514-21 from my account? and on 29 April a second debit order was deducted but now the amount is R1.099-00. I have put a STOP ORDER on that debit order. And now I am getting Sms's that I was handed over for outstanding balances? I have an email where they have confirmed my cancellation (see below):- We have received your email request contract cancellation. Kindly be advised that your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated on 03/04/2023. Should you have any further queries, please contact us at *** or call 135. but this was not the case? I have send numerous email after this has happened but no one comes back to me?
