Do not take anything with cell c . They are ****ing useless

I’m sick and tired of cell c not allocating payments to my ****ing account, I pay cell c and cell c people just sit on their ****ing heads and do nothing. It messed up my credit profile and now my account says it’s in arrears, it’s messing me up even more. Fix this **** today, I’m not waiting another ****ing 3 months for you guys to fix my ****ing account!!!!! Allocate all my ****ing payment cell c. This is ****ing ridiculous you guys are useless!!!
