Do not take a new contract will cell c

Took out a cell c contract recently and its been a nightmare ever since. Cell c promotions are a ****, i took a contract with the trade in promotion ( trade in note 8 for note10 and get R200 off the contract) and no discount on my bill. Called in several times and went to the store but ive been sent from pillar to post. every time i call in i get different responses from (we dont know what promotion is that to our back end service will update your bill and it will be fixed and well contact you)

Do not take a new contract will cell c, no matter how reasonable the price is cos through incompetence and no attention to i'm being ****med to paying an inflated amount!
