DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C (CANCELLATION IS A STRUGGLE WITH THEM)

Last time i rated CELL C it was because they could not assist me to cancel a contract guess what we are at it again. Nqobile, Mbali and another guy work in the retentions department of cell c, all these consultants could not help me and could not tell me what the problem is except that they could not go ahead because i apparently do not know my name and surname and ID number even after giving them the information before they could run their authentication. GUYS CELL C DOES NOT REMEDIATE WE HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND 2MONTHS LATER NOTHING HAS CHANGED. CELL C ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU. I HAVE NEVER USED THE CELL C NUMBER AND I DONT KNOW IT SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR IT.
