Do not sign up with Cell C

Worst customer service ever! They charge 50 calls to your monthly account which they themselves cannot verify who the number is as they confirmed the number does not exist yet they happy to charge me!!!!! I have now logged 3 calls of which they automatically close. When you call again to log the compliant, they claim that they have called numerous times, but I don't answer. They called once and when asked if it was a convenient time to talk, I ask the gent to please call me back in 30 minutes when I could talk. 10 minutes later I get an SMS advising that the case has been closed again!!!!!

Cell C is a complete ****MER! I cannot wait for my contract to expire so that I can take my service elsewhere!!!!!!!
