Do Not Retain...
I agreed to 2 contracts (that expire only in November) being retained (continued) on Tuesday morning. Once the contract arrived via email I noticed that is was no longer a Pinnacle 100 TopUp contract, but an open line. This change was effected immediately - how it was possible I don't know because the current contract is still valid!!! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE SAME CONTRACT!!
When I phoned 084 143 again on Wednesday, I was advised to place a block on the lines whilst the issue is being resolved. Hey, it's Friday today and still no resolution!!!
When I phoned on Thursday, I was told the issue is being escalated and will be resolved within 2 hours...still no news received.
However I received the new cell phones!!!!!
I am so tired to hear - 'You retained with an external agent - THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, DAMIEN REPRESENTED CELL C!! Oh and then UPGRADES refers me to MIGRATION, and MIGRATION says that UPGRADES need to sort this out.
I AM SO FED-UP!!
