Do NOT PORT TO CELL C!!!
<p>So after many happy years with one of their competitors, i decided to port my number to Cell C and take them up on one of their "Unlimited" packages. The porting went through, I can receive calls, receive text messages and my Internet works... But for almost a week now I have been UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS OR SEND TEXT MESSAGES!! So what good is it, having an unlimited plan, but i am unable to make a single call?! After numerous chats to their support team, who were very helpful, i still cannot use my phone. So please, save yourself the nightmare and just do not bother porting your number!!</p>

Thanks for the reply, I had hoped that someone might have looked into the issue so I took the sim out for a few minutes this morning and then tried again, but it is still not working, nor have I been contacted yet...
It would be really great it we could just be this sorted so i can change my review to a positive one, and start actually using my phone obviously.
