DO NOT OPEN A CELL C CONTRACT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

If i could i would give cell c no star at all!!! What a terrible company run by ****** who do not value customers. if you are reading this review , open a cell c contract at your own risk, they will do you dirty!

I paid this company a full lumpsum to cancel my contract early and their employee assured me the contract was canceled. Only to find i am now listed as having missed a payment. I have been with cell c for over 6yrs, with over 5 devices and this is how they treat their customers .

I specifically asked the lady to close the account , went back and checked with her at the pavillion Durban store and she said indeed the account was closed and paid up. Now i am listed as a bad payer. Mind you i have not once missed a payment with this company, not once! and when i did want to cancel i paid almost 7500 cash to close the account and today i am listed as a bad payer! absolutely despicable, and this because their staff are ***********!

After my review here a lady who knew nothing about what she was taking about called me, spoke nonsense, train your staff cell c! or better yet have senior staff who are well equipped to handle queries! Pull out my record i have never been a bad payer, not once but here i am. Messing up mu record because you are *********** and greedy! Terrible company. DO NOT OPEN A CELL C CONTRACT, THEY ARE ******* WHO DO NOT VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!
