Do not know the meaning of customer service

WOW cannot believe a company that is suppose to be customer orientated can be so disgusting and rude. On 16 Nov 2020 and email was sent informing them that my dad has passed away and that we need the account to be moved over to my Moms name. All documents were sent to ***. It is now 20 January 2022, the contract has not been moved over even after all the documentation was sent to Cell C and people are still phoning from Cell C asking to speak to my Dad. When my Mom wanted to upgrade well she could not because what they promised to do was never done. #Pathetic service
