Do not Insure with C Surance

I Claimed after being Pick pocket with my phone and had to go trough so many procedures , it took almost 2 months for them to pay out the claim and when i called in to reinstate my Insurance i was told i need to open up a new policy as they do not reinstate and be course my phone is now 7 months old , in the event that i should claim i am going to be liable to pay 50 % of the phones value which is R6000.00 plus excess fee of R1800 which amounts to R7800.00 plus i am going to have to pay R 180 a month on my premium. when i asked the consultant to speak to his team leader i was on hold for 9 minutes , when the consultant returned to the phone call after 9 minutes i was told by him his team leader told him to tell me they do not reinstate policies and i rep**** by asking him again can i please speak to your team leader he rep**** and said i need to hold on again but then dropped the call , I Find that there attitude was very unprofessional first of all if the claim did not take so long my phone would not have been 7 months old but 5.
