Do NOT give Cell C a finger, because it will cost you an arm.

I had a Fiber contract which expired and became a month 2 month deal. I didn't have a debt order. I used to EFT every month. I moved flats and gave them a 35 day notice period. My new flat had a fiber box from TT Connect and Afrihost is the service provider. Cell C keeps debiting my FNB account, which is dormant and inactive, with R70 every month. I was trying to close the account, but the return UNPAID amounts are nearly R1000....... My credit record is tarnished and I've tried umteen times to call Cell C. I've emailed their collections department numerous times.
