Do not get Cell C fibre! They ignore all support queries!

DO NOT EVER GET CELL C FIBRE!! I made a huge mistake moving my fibre from Afrihost to Cell C thinking that they would provide same or even better quality with OpenServer.

I have 40Mbps download and 20Mpbs upload yet I cannot even play youtube videos.

I have logged numerous calls with them where by I got told to send a mail with speed test results and yet I do not get any response, they ignore all my support mails and when I phone for support I get told to just send another mail.

I am 100% moving my fibre line back to Afrihost, I have been struggling for way too long with Cell C.
