DO NOT GET ANY CONTRACT/UPGRADE FROM CELL C
I've been a loyal customer for cell C for years and they get worse each year. I app**** for an upgrade on the 2nd and the lady who did the upgrade told me I will get the phone by Thursday. Until today I haven't received anything from them. The lady is no where to be found. I've called the call centre they check if there is stock. There's been stock all along. And they tell me they will send an email to check if my phone has been allocated and promise to call me back but Noone does. I sent emails, no response, I've sent a dm on X the lady called at first, second time I had to follow up only to be told there is no stock. I have 3 contracts for me and my kids with them. I'm not renewing anymore with them. I can't be treated as if I do not pay them monthly. Cell C can you please cancel that upgrade and never call me for upgrades for the other phones too.
Your sales/retention people do not care, they only running after a sale. We are just a number to you.

Busisiw called and said she is going to check what was going on with my order and she promised to call back before end of day yesterday with an update/feedback but she never did.
