DO not expect Cell C to respond to any complaint they can't trace their own reference numbers
When trying to follow up with Cell C and using the very reference number they send automatically, their "Customer Care Center" stats that "those are not Cell C reference number"
I am still waiting for Thembie Ndlovu from Cell C to call me back.
