Do Not Ever take out a contract with Cell C.
Do Not Ever take out a contract with Cell C. What you sign for, for 24 months means nothing they will increase the amount you pay when they feel like it because they can, they never tell you when you sign. oh and try to resolve it you will be put on hold. Absolutely Disgusted with their service

In terms of your subscriber agreement, Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
The communication is sent via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.
