Do not ever sign up with cell c. They allow syndicates to leak information

Cell c is the worst cellular company in the history of cellular networks and I advise anyone and everyone from a security perspective to never sign up with the network. They are debiting me even though I have never had a contract with them ever. On the 02/04/2024 I sent this email To Whom it may Concern

I have been debited on my account to the amount of R536.94 on the 28th of march 2024 for a contract I never took with Cell C. I have never ever been a client of Cell C. In a prior month I went to Cell to to open up a case of ***** where the same *****ulent personal inside of cell C took out a contract in my name for R449. I complained to the ***** department and my account was flagged and yet nothing was ever done.

I have had to revert two debit orders on two occasions because of Cell C's lack of taking this matter very seriously.

I will also like to be updated on a daily basis with the outcomes of this ***** case. The syndate in Cell C to be fired and prosecuted. The client who also took these details with my information to be prosecuted. Cell C to Refund me R50 * 2 = R100 for the debit order reversals I had to do with my bank Absa.

I attached a signed affidavit from police station and snips of my debited account. And guess what it is the 1st of May and now my account was debited with 1133.83 from my account. This have been to the Cresta branch TWICE and complained and nothing has been done.case numbers were even created to look into the matter but nothing has happened. I didn’t even receive a debit order authorization for this debit order to go through meaning cell c employees are working with absa employees as syndicates. I will now report cell C to the ombudsman for failing to rectify my matter.
