DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CELL C, try Telkom
Its been 5 months since Cell C took in my cellphone for repair. every Call center Agent is aware of this situation, the Store manager at Zevenwacht Mall is also aware , yet non of them want to return my cell phone and refund me of my access fee I paid. Cell C still deduct the money on my account anyway. It hurts to call their Call center and they will trans-fare from person to person till the phone die. All I want is my Cell phone and the access fee they said I must pay and they can deduct the contract fee in peace
