Do not do business with Cell C - they will rob you

So after many months of struggle with Cell C, these ******* hand me over to another bunch of *******, namely Shapiro Sheik Defries & Associates. How can I call them *******?? Simple! Because it is the truth! I am in this mess with Cell C because they didn't do their job in the first place by capturing my new banking details. And they have been trying ever since to con me out of my money. This is also not the first time that i have had to resort to this site to complain about them. So i have 3 contracts with Cell C, 2 of which are cheap data contracts which expire in the next few month, before end of the year. The third contract is only a few months old, taken out in this year, and is the most expensive of the 3 contracts. Cell C is still taking my money for the 2 cheaper contracts which basically have no value to them even if i should settle the full outstanding contract amount. Yet they are not deducting the money for the third (more expensive) contract and are now trying to force me to settle the full outstanding contractual amount for this contract, despite me having tried numerous times to resolve this matter with them. Cell C please explain the following to me: 1) How do you explain not responding to all the online queries I have logged, for which i have reference numbers, but you haven't called me back? On the few occasions you have called me back, it is always the wrong person calling me and my issue has to be sent to a different department. 2) You take money from my account for two of my contracts but not the third. You have suspended my line twice without notifying me. And you de-activated my line without notifying me. 3) The last correspondence i had with you, the agent told me that i will be called back as soon as this matter was taken up with the re-activation department then we can resolve this mess. To this day nobody from Cell C has called me back, instead they hand me over to Shapiro Sheik Defries & Associates while this matter should be in the process of being resolved by Cell C themselves! What happened with the matter being taken up by the re-activation department? Why have they not called me back yet? Cell C, i will not stand for your bullying and i welcome your threats of legal action because i will counter it with legal action of my own, at your expense, considering all of this is as a result of YOUR inefficiency and you have tarnished my credit rating in the process. For the consumers out there reading this who are also being bul**** by these service providers, know that you have rights, learn what your rights are and stand up for them. Read your contracts carefully and hold them accountable for breach of contract. Just because Cell C and others like them are large corporates, it doesn't mean that they can get away with thievery. Fight back!
