DO not deduct my account again

I called Cell C to change my account to Top-Up they accepted. They told me someone would call me back no one did. <br> <br> So 5 agent called me to pay my account, i told them i would as soon as my issue has been sorted out. <br> <br> The last agent decided to close my services. Ok fine then cancel my whole account since im not getting the services im paying for. <br> <br> Please do not deduct my account. I have had it with cell c , i dont know y you call us and offer us services when you do not want comply with our requests. <br> <br> Im happier with MTN thanks. <br>
