do not deal with Cell C
no customer service at all. They could care less. I have a debit going through my account by Cell C by mistake. I have been into the branch many times, endless emails and calls. Each time I am told they will get back to me. Its been going on since August 2019. Then last night they de activate my number! Its all their error! But they will not even return my call. My next call is to the Police!! Please do not deal with Cell C!!!!

25 Oct 2019, 09:01you already have it together with my 4 emails. I was in your shop yesterday and after being on the line 20 min with a team leader they promised to call me back! never happened.! But then at 8.00 pm last night you block my number!! and delete my data, and airtime.Like ***ards! I suggest you speak to your staff asap! You block my number but cannot even speak to me.
