Do Not Consider Cell C as a Cellphone "Service" Provider

If anyone out there is not with Cell C, keep it that way. This is the second time I have been pressed to have to review this company via Hellopeter. The first time after a two year battle. Now, again, I am trying to get some "customer service" from their so-called Customer Service Centre. Yesterday I spent an hour on hold listening to a message saying "our lines are busy, you may have to hold on a LITTLE longer than usual". I'd hate to find out what a lot longer would be in their minds. After paying R250 for EXTRA data I have, since paying, been completely unable to use Whats App or Telegram outside of wifi, NOR can I get any help. And I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'd move to another service provider if I thought there was any chance of better service. How a company gets to be this bad and still have business is totally galling.
