DO NOT buy CellC Home Connecta Deals they are a ****!!!

I purchased 1TB Home Connecta for R899 and they sent me a success message, used the sim on my router for less 30 min everything went to Zero no airtime no data.

When I call them they declined that they sent me an sms confirmation they have checked their system whatsoever…

I have now requested that they send me all the sms’s they have ever sent me they are telling me they don’t have access to my personal data WHAT A *******!!! reply how did you verify that you did not send me an sms confirmation if you do not have access to my personal formation ? Cell C is a big **** with their Home Connecta deals, worse their service consultants do not allow me to talk to the management, I’m so ****ed off this incident happened on the 3rd of January till today these guys have not resolved this issue what kind of a service provider is this ?
