Do not buy Cell C Home Connecta! It's a ****. They'll take your money and rob you off your data!

I bought Home Connecta Data for R199 (50GB day & 50GB night) on the 25th of March, but was given a different data package without being informed about it. When I called to enquire I was told the package has been discontinued, yet the offer was still on the Cell C website when I made the purchase. The system did not inform me that the package is unavailable or give me a different option to choose from, it chose for me, without my knowledge. Now I'm left with no data, when I paid R199. I bough the data on the Cell C website and paid via EFT, yet the system did not pick up that the package has been discontinued. Now Cell C refuses to rectify this mistake and give me my data. The one I paid for. No the one they chose for me.

Cell C, fix your website and give people what they want. No what you think is second best. I am switching to a different network if this is not rectified.
