Do not buy a R5 Whatsapp Bunlde from CellC

Cell launched the R5 Whatsapp bundle where they state<br> \Send unlimited pictures, voice messages, videos and text messages for a R5 access fee\" <br> But this is not true. I tested this by checking my data balance, then sending a few pictures via Whatsapp and then checking my balance again. I could clearly see that data was still being deducted from my data bundle for Whatsapp even though I had an active recurring R5 Whatsapp bundle. I then called customer care to cancel the recurring R5 Whatsapp bundle since this is a complete waste of money. When I asked why they **** about the bundle, the agent stated that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions. She simply apologised and asked if there is something else, as if an apology will justify CellC lying to all their customers and *****ing their money. I have read through the terms and conditions and found this:<br> Depletion Rules<br> 1. Where the customer has loaded a WhatsApp Bundle, all WhatsApp usage will be billed to the WhatsApp Bundle. If the customer has free data and/or inclusive data available, these will be depleted for other internet usage.<br> This is clearly false advertising! The same was true for the free Whatsapp promotion in 2015"
