DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES

<p>I am sorely disappointed in cell c. My cell phone was ****** and I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get through to their insurance department. I have emailed numerous times and not even a reply to say that they have received it. It is like they have disappeared off the face of the earth. When I went to my cell c store I was told they will do exactly what I am doing and phone. I waited for 20 minutes in store while even they could not get through. Today I have been on hold for 45 minutes. </p>
