Do Better Cell C

I have been trying to contact Cell C about taking out a mobile contract with them but they don't respond to messages on social media and I tried to apply almost 2 weeks ago and it's quite frustrating

Hi Francesca

You need to meet the following requirements for a contract:

 

•           Earn a minimum salary of R3000

•           Valid ID/Passport.

•           Proof of residence (e.g., levy statement or electricity bill)

•           Proof of income.

•           Clear credit record

•           Three months' bank statements.

For the duration of the lockdown, the following services will be impacted:

  • Cell C stores will not be open.
  • Delivery of new contract or device sales will not be available.
  • Call centre operating hours will be reduced and will be open between 06h00 - 22h00 daily and wait times will be increased due to limited staff
