I am really appalled by the lack of service and the inconvenience to do a sim swap. Like its not enough that my phone was ******, now I need to go through the hassle of a sim swap. You should find a better way....

You guys are claiming that you called me but I haven't received your calls and I am receiving other calls. What an excuse of a network and shocking service, if my issue is not resolved by the end of the day, I will be changing networks.
