Distasteful service

I dont normally write reviews but i cannot believe the way cell c is conducting their business. I have a contract with them, my account was in arrears for 3 months. I told them i was not working for 6 months, i then settled the full arrears on the 18th December and paid my installment for December a few days later.

I then requested my credit report mid January only to find out that they actually did not update the status of the account in actual effect i have two accounts on the report which are both in arrears and i only have one contral with cell c, even though i paid in December they added the December installment as well towards the arrears. Called customer services was transfered from one department to another people telling me the account is u to date the only thing they can do for me is to send my statement, they will only update my credit profile after 3 months. I explained to them that if you going to do that then you will be messing up my credit profile cos everymonth you dont update my credit score decreases with 5 points.

The service was distasteful. If i had the money i would just settle that account and close it. Cell c never again shem.
