Distasteful service and dishonesty

I have logged an incident with your complaints department, I really do not know if the systems your company have put in place actually serve a purpose in your company, I phoned in today and one of agents confirmed that there is no incident logged under my number, I have sent countless emails with regards to my issue, I'm not getting any feedback, I have been in contact with you guys on your facebook page, all I'm getting is empty promises, your service is distasteful and your consultants are clueless and sell lies to clients, quality assurance ( team mangers) only focus on making sales as they just approve without checking if customer has been given the correct info,your complaints department does not even exist, ref no: ***
