Distasteful Experience with CELL C.
I cancelled my contract with Cell C to only find out that I overpaid and I needed to be refunded an amount of R566.63. I've been following since the 06/02/2024 and been taken from pillar to post by their Consultants to a point I spoke to the Team Leader Nqobile from one of the Contact Centres who managed to escalate the matter and I was promised by Karabo Meje that I will receive my refund after 5-7 business days (mind you, this was on the 15/02/2024). But till today, I did not receive any funds and I've BEEN following up with no response from Karabo nor her Team members. I sent an email on the 01/03/2024 and received an automated response with a reference number: ***, However, TILL TODAY, NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY QUERY.!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CELLC TO NO ONE. Masipa bone straight!!!!!!
