DISSPOINTED

I have been a cell c customer since 2005 but since last year i started getting bad service about my contract, it was only solved after 3 months because i wrote a review on hell peter. Now again i did an upgrade in July then the phones were delivered but they send wrong colour i did not choose, then i phoned the same day to ask them to send the courier to collect the phones from me, Ram courier came after i fought with cell c everyday of my life, then apparently they did not received the phones from Ram but Ram confirmed they delivered the phones to them on the 08/08 and Mary-Anne signed for the phones, no one see any note of that and i speak to many different consultants and the all promise to escalate the case and nothing is happening, i just phoned *** and the lady promised aswel to escalate the case, i phoned the same number last week and Siphiwe said that he will call me back he needs to investigate my matter, the sad part is i get phone calls and sms everyday from different consultants threatening me about my account for the same phones that were taken back to them, the also discontinued all my contracts even the one i am paying they closed them, i send several e-mails and no one is responding.
