Dissatisfied with nokia 6

Due to my device being ****** on 5 September, I had to purchase another device from Cell C on 6 September 2017 and it was a mistake.

I am very unhappy with the product and want to exchange it for another device or can I have a refund? I plaid R4300, thereabouts for the device and that's pricey.

I am being told it will take 1 to 2 days before Cell C approves if I can exchange for another product!!!! Not acceptable at all, I am extemly unhappy with the device I had purchased. I want cell c to provide me with another device of my choice or give my money back please!!! What do I do with a device that I am absolutely dissatisfied with????
