Dissatisfied with Cell C
After being a Cell C customer for many years I am so disappointed in them. In 2017 I placed myself under debt review at that time I had 4 contacts with them. I have canceled 2 of the 4 contracts and paid up most of my debit. I am only left with 1 more account to sort out. I tried up grading and after all this time Cell C has decided that they don't need my business as I am under debt review. But they ungrade my contract be. Now after Covid they can't but they don't want to look at my track record. I don't want a new contract l only want to update🤐🤐🤐

We do understand your frustrations however, as per the new Upgrade process, we cannot renew a contract for customers under debt review.

After being a customer for so many years surely each situation needs to be looked at and treated as per that persons credit history with Cell C. Doesn't that mean anything to Cell C OR IS CELL C MAKING SO MUCH MONEY THAT THEY CAN GET RID OF SOME CUSTOMERS???
