Dissatisfied customer

I have been trying for the past two months to get to an agent to cancel this contract. I don't know for the life of me why after 24 months f your original contract, would one put you a person on a month to month contact where you have clearly shown no interest to upgrade or have at any point given any consent to continue with it. I have made numerous calls, been transferred waited 30 minutes for an agent to no success, instead after an hour an agent would call to make you an offer. I don't want an offer!!! When you ask them to cancel Your contract they transfer you, it's a cycle with no resolve. I just want whatever this UNILATERAL contract, they entered into to be canceled. Someone needs to resolve this.
