Dissatisfied| Can never recommend anyone to go to CELL C

I bought the a SAMSUNG GALAXY A30 device on the 30th August 2019 on contract and 2 months later it started giving me problems, 1. power button not working 2.Switches off even when the battery is full 3.it doesn't charge 4.The screen changes into different colors(blue, green , red ) also shows electronic biometrics across the screen 5. gets extremely hot without it being on the charger.

CELL C Sammy Marks Square Branch had booked my cellphone Samsung galaxy A30 for repairs and I was quoted R4000. Apparently the assessment report came back claiming liquid damage, as the owner of the device I HAVE NEVER EXPOSED IT TO ANY HUMIDITY, IT NEVER FELL THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE WHATSOEVER.

I've been waiting to be attended to after I lodged a complaint and nothing yet both from CPA and Sammy Marks. Its a month now without a phone, and the debit is continuing as normal..
